Project weekly update 7/31/23-8/4/23

The Garfield Harrison Storm Drain Project work activities for this coming week (7/31-8/4) include:

  1. Crews are busy working on water and storm sewer lines in 5th Street. We’re getting close to the finish line of Phase 2.
  2. Paving will begin with bottom mat at various locations starting Monday, 7/31.
  3. Concrete repairs are ongoing.
  4. Dust is a problem right now with the drier weather, so crews are out at least twice a day watering the construction zone.

Weather permitting, work activities are Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm.
