What action would you like the Loveland City Council to consider when regulating metro districts?
Starting in 2018, the City began requiring a disclosure document in the title paperwork for all property sales occurring in a metro district. This was done in an effort to make buyers aware of the additional taxes that are affiliated with buying in a metro district. Outside of disclosures, are you interested in other regulations? Examples would include mill levy caps, metro district board posting notices, metro district board participation, maximum life of debt, etc.
